Mode Technology Announces Distribution Partnership with SIMPPLE.

Wellington, NEW ZEALAND, Nov. 08, 2024 – Mode Technology has signed a partnership agreement with SIMPPLE Ltd (Nasdaq: SPPL) (“SIMPPLE” or “the Company”), a leading innovator in the facilities management sector, to distribute the SIMPPLE Robotics range and flagship SIMPPLE Software platform across New Zealand.

The partnership is projected to generate an additional $1.1 million in revenue by the end of 2024, with $125,000 already received.

Mode Technology, a leading provider of robotics automation and commercial cleaning equipment in New Zealand, serves multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, aviation, commercial, and facilities management.

Today's announcement follows SIMPPLE’s recent updates, including the signing of four contracts totaling $2.35 million (announced on October 9) and the sale of multifunctional robots and modular robot heads valued at approximately $1.0 million (announced on October 16).
